VA Healthcare leaving me hanging on a potentially quite serious issue

In order to save myself time typing, I’m just going to post the information that I did on other media previously regarding this issue. Any input or advice would be appreciated, and I also just wanted to make it known publicly in case I end up dead because of this or anything.

Original public post (Aug. 5th):

Welp, so much for bowling tonight. I guess I'm gonna go back to the ER again and try to find out what's up with these chest pains getting worse and so much more frequent.

I love how the VA is now required by law (see below) to refer me to an outside, local, provider for any wait longer than 30 days for an appointment. Hell, I'm also eligible because I have to travel more than 40 miles, as well. Yet my original appointment was June 26th, and it's only getting worse, and even when I called and tried to get the VA Choice program people to hook me up, they couldn't because 'I wasn't on the list'.

This is pissing me the fuck off. What the fuck happens to

Damon, try some organic Cayenne pepper powder mixed with a bit of organic honey, Turmeric, and RAW Apple Cider Vinegar.

Any one of those ought to help, and Cayenne pepper is known to stop heart attacks in seconds; I know because it did it for me once. Just mix all of that above in some warm water and chug it down. Don't smell it or try to taste it. You won't like the results.

If that doesn't help then it likely is something stress related or a full blown physical problem. If it's just a heart attack though, that recipe above has saved my life and saved my dad's a few times.

As for your son, I know you have a unique situation there and all that I won't get into publicly. My baby sis went through something similar and the State of Minnesota actually had a program where she could legally dictate who got custody of her daughter in the event she became unable to care for her or died. Not sure where you are now but that may be an alternative you can use.

Good luck man, and keep us updated!
I actually do the cayenne with lemon juice on a regular basis. I used to take tumeric daily, as well as the raw apple cider vinegar, too. I'll start doing that again and try to snag some organic honey. Thanks for the reminder!

BTW: I don't mind cayenne/lemon's taste, I take it with distilled water in the morning. As far as the tumeric, I think I found a way to take it that you may like that's (at least for me) a little easier. I pour a goodly amount into a small piece of bread that I rip off of a slice, maybe 1-1.5 inches square. I compress the bread piece in the middle to make a depression, and put the tumeric right in there. Then I roll up the bread around it, to make a makeshift capsule. Then a nice gulp of water and it goes right now, no problems! I know some people have an issue with swallowing the 'bread pill' due to size, though.

I'll check into the legal bit. Definitely appreciate the advice!

Just got back from a non-VA walk-in clinic, btw. Took me all of 5 minutes there for them to agree to get me a cardiologist referral at their hospital (or if unavaila... ver más

Awesome, thank you!

As for Turmeric, I found out about Golden Milk and take it that way now.

• 1/4 cup of turmeric powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
• 1/2 cup of filtered water

Mix all ingredients in a small a small sauce pan and mix well. Turn the heat to medium high and stir constantly until the mixture is a thick paste. This does not take long so don’t walk away from the pan.
Let this mixture cool and then keep it in a small jar in the fridge.
Step 2: Golden Milk
• 1 cup of almond milk (hemp or coconut are also good options)
• 1 teaspoon coconut oil
• 1/4 teaspoon or more of turmeric paste
• Honey
• Directions:
• Combine all the ingredients, except honey in a saucepan. Turn the heat to medium. While heating make sure to stir constantly and do not allow the mixture to boil. Add honey to taste. [I also add Himalayan Pink Sea salt and Cinnamon to mine. Makes it taste even better!]
Awesome! I'll give it a shot!

Oh, forgot to mention what someone told me about coconut oil a few months back so you can keep an eye out for it if this is something you care about; apparently they have got GMO cocnut now and the USFDA seal doesn't mean squat for this as they allow some amount of GMO to go in and still let it carry an organic seal.
